Job summary

National Recruiters is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for in-home Health Risk Assessments. This PRN/1099 contractor role covers Cleveland, Lorain, Medina, Mentor, Akron, and Sandusky counties with flexible scheduling and multiple pay options per visit.

A pure assessment position with no prescribing, no on-call, and no follow-up care. Compensation ranges from $105 to $115 per visit, plus several add-on payments and a fast onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Active NP license required (no PAs; specialties allowed except Pediatrics, PMHNP, Women’s Health)
• Reliable personal transportation to travel across multiple counties
• Ready to start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home HRAs (medical history, lifestyle, basic physical/mental evaluations)
• Provide preventive care education
• Document visits using a company-provided iPad
