Job summary

National Recruiters is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members. The PRN/1099 role requires travel across multiple counties, with a flexible schedule of 50+ hours per month and immediate onboarding.

Active NP license is required; PAs are not accepted. You will credential, train, and begin field-based work promptly, with per-visit compensation and additional incentives based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Active NP license; no PAs; most specialties accepted except Pediatrics, PMHNP, and Women’s Health.
• Reliable personal transportation to travel locally across multiple counties.
• Ability to start ASAP and complete credentialing paperwork within 10–12 days.
• Flexible schedule (50+ hours/month).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home HRAs (medical history, lifestyle, basic physical/mental evaluations).
• Provide preventive care education.
• Document visits using a company-provided iPad.
