Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Full Time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care. The visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes a medication/history review, a physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests.

You will travel locally and within licensed states, conduct virtual visits when needed, and join a national network of clinicians dedicated to improving health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).
• Able to cover Wenatchee and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home health evaluations (approx. 45 minutes) with medication and medical history review.
• Conduct physical evaluations and, if ordered by health plan, additional diagnostic tests.
• Provide Signify Health services including diagnostic and preventive care.
