Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Full Time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations. The visit lasts about 45 minutes, including health questions, medication review, and a physical exam, with optional tests per health plan. We use an iPad workflow and do not require prescribing or lab orders.

Role includes local travel, virtual visits as needed, and joining a national clinician network focused on bridging gaps in care while delivering compassionate service at patients’ homes.

• Multi-state licenses (preferred).
