Signify Health Medical Associates, PLLC in Washington state is seeking a Part-Time Clinician (NP or PA) to conduct in-home health evaluations, bringing healthcare services directly to patients in their homes.

You will complete a 45-minute visit, review medications and history, perform a basic exam, and coordinate with health plans for additional testing as needed; travel within licensed states and virtual visits are supported.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted license in coverage area(s).
• Board certification for NP/PA in appropriate scope.
• Multi-state licenses preferred.
