Job summary

Signify Health, Inc. is seeking physician contractors (MD/DO) to perform in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plans.

You'll conduct visits, review medications and medical history, and perform a physical assessment in the member's home. You won't prescribe or order labs; a pre-populated form guides each evaluation. Shifts include weekdays, some weekends, with airfare/hotel considered where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must hold an MD or DO license in good standing.
• Experience with in-home evaluations and patient interaction.
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid processes is preferred.
