Job summary

Signify Health, Inc. is hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

Visits are in patients' homes, offering a flexible schedule and the potential for substantial weekly earnings. Contractors will perform medication and medical history reviews and a standard physical evaluation, without prescribing or altering treatment plans.

Qualifications

• MD/DO licensed to practice in the United States
• Ability to conduct in-home health evaluations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits focusing on patient health and well-being
• Review medication history and medical history
• Perform a physical evaluation in the member's home
• Do not prescribe medicines, order labs, or alter current treatment
• Coordinate with health plan and care team as appropriate
