Job summary

Christus Home Care, a part of LHC Group, within the Optum family, invites you to join our home health team. As a Home Health Aide or CNA, you will deliver in-home personal care and health-related services to support patients where they are most comfortable.

Qualifications

• TX: 1 year full-time direct client care in hospital or nursing facility, or last 5 years direct client care in agency setting.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 6+ months home care experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours and independently.
• Valid driver's license with insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and designated health services to maintain patient well-being.
• Report observations of patient condition to agency director or accounts manager.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations during business travel.
• Assist with household tasks essential to clients' personal care.
• Function in various home environments regardless of client demographics.
