Job summary

Caretenders Home Health, part of LHC Group and a member of the Optum family, is hiring Home Health Aides and CNAs to provide in-home personal care. You’ll help patients with daily living activities and support their wellbeing in a compassionate, client‑centered environment.

The role requires reliable transportation, a current driver’s license, and CPR certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $22.30 per hour, with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• 6+ months of home care experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and health-related services to maintain patient well-being.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming and mobility.
• Report observations of the patient's condition to the overseeing director or accounts manager.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations during home visits.
• Assist with household tasks essential to the client's care.
