Job summary

Willcare, a part of LHC Group within the Optum family, seeks a Home Health Aide or CNA to deliver in-home personal care and health-related services, helping maintain patients' physical and emotional well-being.

Primary duties include assisting with activities of daily living, reporting observations, safe driving, and supporting essential household tasks. NY training requirement applies; 6+ months home care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is required.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of client background.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and designated health-related services.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, nail care, etc.).
• Report observations of client condition to agency director or accounts manager.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations; use seat belt as required.
• Support household tasks essential to client care and well-being.
