The Home Health Aide/CNA role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, documenting observations, and supporting families in home settings. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Must have a current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation.
• TX state-specific requirements for home health roles (see job posting)
• Preferred CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
• 6+ months of home care experience
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently

Responsabilidades

• May provide or assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing in bed, tub or shower; hair, teeth and nail care; skin care and transfers.
• Record observations and report to agency director or accounts manager
• Drive safely to patient visits and comply with traffic regulations
• Assist with household tasks essential to clients' personal care
• Function in diverse home settings regardless of client background
