Renuity is a national leader in direct-to-consumer home improvement, specializing in transforming spaces. The Outside Sales Representative will deliver engaging home visits, drive sales, and promote our products and services with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires traveling to customer homes, working flexible hours including weekends, and maintaining high performance in a dynamic, growing team.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Personal vehicle with valid driver's license.
• In-Home Sales or B2C Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Work independently without close supervision.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive sales presentations to homeowners.
• Meet sales goals with consistent effort and a positive attitude.
• Set individual sales targets.
• Track sales goals and report results.
• Promote company products and services.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Work a full schedule, including weekends and holidays.
