Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Martinsville, NJ team, delivering hands-on, in-home care under supervision of a PT. You will implement individualized plans, guide exercises, and help older adults regain strength and independence in their own homes.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you’ll receive built-in mentorship and opportunities to grow your skills, caseload, and career within FOX’s geriatric house calls model.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system per Clinical Documentation standards.
• Coordinate with patients, POAs, and referral sources and assist coverage as needed.
