Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide one‑on‑one, in‑home and senior living care in West Orange, NJ. You will work closely with supervising PTs and a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized treatment plans and help older adults regain strength and independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in NJ or eligible to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by your supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Stay connected with patients, POAs, and community referral sources; coordinate coverage when needed.
