Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in New Jersey and seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide in-home and senior living care under a supervising Physical Therapist. You will deliver tailored treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic activities, document visits, and coordinate care within a supportive, interdisciplinary team.

As part of an expert care team, you will work with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists, with mentorship and opportunities to grow your caseload

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current CPR certification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
Instruct and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system according to standards.
Coordinate care with patients, POAs, and referral sources as needed.
