FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Newton, NJ, seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one geriatric care in patients’ homes or Senior Living Communities. You’ll develop individualized plans and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility and independence.

Qualificações

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve wellness, mobility and independence.
• Document effectively in the EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
