FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Englishtown, NJ, and seeks licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in homes or senior living communities. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful patient outcomes within the Geriatric House Calls model.

Clinicians may incorporate telehealth and virtual care to extend access, while collaborating with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists to support mobility, independence, and aging in place.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in their homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence, and function
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
