Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Summerville, SC, and seeks licensed Physical Therapists to deliver exceptional one-on-one care to older adults in homes or Senior Living Communities. You’ll help patients improve mobility and independence while enjoying autonomy over your schedule and the option to include telehealth for greater flexibility.

The role emphasizes meaningful patient outcomes and a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in SC or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one PT to older adults at home or in senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that improve mobility and independence.
• Document in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
