Job summary
FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Summerville, SC, seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in homes or Senior Living Communities. You will design and implement PT plans, perform evaluations, and help patients improve mobility and independence using the Geriatric House Calls model.
The role offers autonomy and the ability to manage your schedule, with telehealth options to extend care and maintain continuity for more patients.
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state or eligibility to obtain license.
- Degree from an accredited OT program.
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in private homes or Senior Living Communities.
- Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
- Deliver therapy sessions that support mobility, independence, and function.
