Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Herndon, VA and seeks licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private homes or senior living communities. You’ll assess, plan, and treat to improve mobility and independence, while documenting in FOX’s EMR per regulations.

Role offers autonomy with flexible scheduling, telehealth options, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support aging in place and meaningful patient outcomes across settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in private residences or senior living communities
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility, and functional independence
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists)
• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access
