FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Port Monmouth, NJ, and we’re looking for licensed Occupational Therapists who want to deliver exceptional one-on-one care to older adults right where they live. You’ll help patients improve mobility, independence, and quality of life through our Geriatric House Calls model, with autonomy to create your own schedule and build strong patient relationships.

FOX clinicians may incorporate telehealth and other forms of virtual care into schedules, offering flexibility

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is required.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Licensed OT with degree from accredited OT program.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one OT to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.
