Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation is growing in Manalapan, NJ, and we’re seeking licensed Occupational Therapists who deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities.

Our Geriatric House Calls model emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful patient outcomes. Clinicians may incorporate telehealth to extend access and support more patients while maintaining strong, lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Occupational Therapy to older adults in private residences or senior living communities
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions that support wellness, mobility, and independence
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists)
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access
