Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in New Jersey and seeks licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls model.

OTs will have autonomy to manage their schedule, may incorporate telehealth, and build strong, lasting patient relationships while contributing to meaningful outcomes in Bridgeton and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility to obtain it.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in home or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
