Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Edmonds, WA, seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care in homes or senior living settings, including telehealth options. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapies to improve mobility and independence, while documenting in FOX’s EMR and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid OT license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults wherever they call home.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility.
