Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment and Evaluation: conduct health assessments and develop care plans.
• Clinical Care: administer treatments, monitor vital signs, perform minor procedures.
• Patient Education: guide patients and families on health management and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaboration and Communication: coordinate with physicians, nurses and other professionals.
• Documentation: accurately document assessments, plans and interventions in a timely manner.
