Qualifications

• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care.
• Implement interventions to improve functional independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend and provide adaptive equipment as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home safety and independence strategies.
