Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed COTA to provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes across the Coral Springs area. Join our team to help older adults maintain independence and improve quality of life through compassionate geriatric care.

The PRN role offers flexible scheduling, home-based therapy, competitive compensation, and opportunities for clinical autonomy within a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree as OT Aide; Florida COTA license is required.
• Active Florida COTA license is mandatory.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Implement interventions to improve independence and safety at home.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend adaptive equipment as needed and educate patients and caregivers.
