Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed COTA to deliver skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes in Clearwater, FL. This PRN role supports geriatric clients to maintain independence and safety while enjoying flexible assignments and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate approach to working with geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend and/or provide appropriate treatment equipment and adaptive devices as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support independence and safety at home.
