Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed COTA to provide skilled occupational therapy in patients' homes in the Kissimmee area. This PRN role offers flexible assignments and a chance to help older adults maintain independence and safety at home.

As a home-based clinician, you will implement plans of care, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and families. Florida COTA license and Associate degree required; two years of experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate approach to working with geriatric patients.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend and/or provide appropriate treatment equipment and adaptive devices as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support independence and safety at home.
