The ideal candidate builds relationships, educates customers, and closes sales while delivering a superior experience. Backup power knowledge and a strong sales background are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in-home sales experience.
• Experience in home improvement, HVAC, generator, or related sales preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, competitive, results-driven.
• Able to explain technical concepts simply.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Tables and CRM systems proficiency.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners.
• Assess property layouts and electrical needs.
• Prepare customized proposals and financing options.
• Educate homeowners on benefits of whole-home backup power and generator ownership.
• Build trust through professional presentations and solution-based selling.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Stay current on generator technology, products, industry trends, and company offerings.
