RCWATT, an independent Generac Channel Partner in southwestern Pennsylvania, seeks a GeneratorSalesConsultant to consult homeowners in their homes about standby generators and to design systems that provide reliable power when the grid fails. You will guide customers through sizing, financing, warranties, and installation timelines while coordinating with engineering, permitting, and installation teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience.
• Ability to break down technical concepts for homeowners.
• Strong presentation and closing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners interested in standby generators.
• Perform site assessments to determine generator size and installation requirements.
• Educate customers on backup power, outage preparedness, fuel options, and how the generator works.
• Explain financing options, warranties, maintenance plans, and installation timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, permitting, operations, and installation teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline activity in the CRM.
• Follow up promptly and professionally; address questions thoroughly.
• Generate referrals by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
