Job summary
Canter Power Systems/GenerX Generators is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to join our team. You will meet homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations, evaluate backup power needs, and design customized standby generator solutions for final presentations and closing sales.
Our marketing provides 3–5 qualified appointments daily, with high commission compensation and no cold calling. You will be supported by in-house permitting, installation teams, and experienced staff to ensure a
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of successful in-home sales experience.
- Proven ability to build rapport and close sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable using tablets, email, and CRM software
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.
- Evaluate each home’s backup power needs.
- Design customized standby generator solutions.
- Deliver professional presentations and recommendations.
- Prepare proposals and close sales.
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service.
- Coordinate with our office and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
