You will work with pre-qualified leads in a 1-hour radius and leverage the strength of a well-known brand to drive earnings. This role offers 100% commission with performance bonuses, paid training, and multiple schedule options.

Top performers can exceed six figures. You will wear Empire-branded apparel and use tablets to present samples.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid local driver's license and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet customers in their homes.
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices during sales presentations.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to assess flooring needs and provide estimates.
• Represent Empire Today with professional apparel and strong product knowledge.
• Attend meetings and training sessions, both in person and virtually, and manage scheduling with customers.
