Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to meet customers face-to-face in homes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a territory with hot leads within a local radius.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for home visits.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and present products professionally.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in their homes to recommend flooring products and close sales.
• Generate business from pre-qualified leads within a ~1-hour radius.
• Earn via uncapped commissions with bonuses and incentives.
