50Floor, a leading in-home flooring and installation company in Houston, TX, is hiring a Sales Representative (Design Consultant). You will guide customers in selecting flooring solutions during in-home showroom visits, leveraging our pre-qualified leads and marketing support to close deals.

The role emphasizes customer service, consultative selling, and meeting sales targets within your designated territory, with full training provided and a robust benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Reliable automobile and automotive insurance.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work 8 am–8 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home showroom experiences, traveling up to 85 miles from home.
• Provide expert advice on flooring selections tailored to customer needs.
• Facilitate financing options for qualified customers.
• Collect initial payments on executed contracts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and smooth sales processes.
• Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
• Achieve sales targets within assigned territory.
