50Floor, a leading in-home flooring and installation company, seeks a Sales Representative (Design Consultant) in Orlando. You will guide customers in selecting flooring solutions, leveraging pre-qualified leads rather than cold calls to close deals.

This commission-based role offers training, a generous earnings potential of $150,000 to $250,000 annually, and benefits including medical, vision, and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Reliable automobile and auto insurance.
• Ability to work from 8 am - 8 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.
• Travel up to 85 miles from home.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with drive to excel.
• Strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home showroom experiences, traveling up to 85 miles.
• Provide expert flooring recommendations tailored to customer needs.
• Facilitate third-party financing options for qualified customers.
• Collect initial payments on executed sales contracts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and a seamless sales process.
• Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
• Achieve sales targets within territory.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings.
