Job summary

Floor Coverings International of Ventura County is seeking a Design Associate / In-Home Sales Consultant to deliver a mobile showroom experience and close flooring projects with homeowners.

You will conduct in-home consultations, build trust, present value, manage proposals, and develop your own referrals network with a competitive compensation package including a company van, paid training, and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience preferred.
• Flooring or construction knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communicator who can build trust quickly.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and using technology.
• Valid driver's license.

Self-generated leads earn you an additional commission percentage, so the more you grow your own network, the more it pays off.

WHO YOU ARE:
