Job summary

Floor Coverings International – Ventura County is seeking a Design Associate / In-Home Sales Consultant to lead in-home consultations, guide clients through flooring selections, and close sales with a strong focus on value and budget. You’ll leverage a mobile showroom approach, build lifelong customer relationships, and earn through base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, are self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience preferred.
• Flooring or construction knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communicator who can build trust quickly.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

We bring the mobile showroom directly to our customers, creating a convenient, personalized, and high-touch experience from start to finish.

You'll drive our mobile showroom and walk into every appointment backed by a name the community already trusts. We provide a steady stream of leads to get you started, but our top earners don't stop there - they build their own network on top of it, connecting with builders, designers, realtors, and past clients to keep referrals flowing. Self-generated leads earn you an additional commission percentage, so the more you grow your own network, the more it pays off.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
