Job summary

Floor Coverings International of Ventura County is seeking a Design Associate to drive our mobile showroom to client homes, conducting in-home design consultations and closing flooring sales. You’ll build rapid trust, recommend balanced design solutions, and manage proposals with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience preferred.

You’ll drive our mobile showroom and walk into every appointment backed by a name the community already trusts. We provide a steady stream of leads to get you started, but our top earners don’t stop there — they build their own network on top of it, connecting with builders, designers, realtors, and past clients to keep referrals flowing. Self-generated leads earn you an additional commission percentage, so the more you grow your own network, the more it pays off.
