Express Flooring is seeking ambitious Design Consultants for an in-home sales role. You will meet homeowners, present flooring solutions, and guide decisions from consultation to signed agreement.

Earn uncapped commissions with a top earning potential; average first-year earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000, with top performers exceeding $300,000. No cap on income—backed by a trusted brand and solid support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home, outside, or consultative sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with independent schedule and pipeline management.
• One-call-close sales capability.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel across an assigned market and manage multiple in-home appointments daily.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and present flooring solutions.
• Build trust by understanding needs, lifestyle considerations, and project goals.
• Present curated product selections and design recommendations that help customers make confident decisions.
• Prepare accurate measurements and project estimates.
• Educate customers on financing options and available promotions.
• Drive the sale from consultation to signed agreement.
• Partner with internal teams for a seamless customer experience from sale to installation.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
