Express Flooring is seeking ambitious Design Consultants to engage with homeowners directly in their homes, providing customized flooring solutions. This role allows you to capitalize on your sales skills in a consultative environment where you can earn uncapped commission, with top performers averaging $150,000 to $250,000 in their first year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home sales, outside sales, or consultative sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to lift and move product samples and materials weighing up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners and provide customized flooring solutions.
• Drive the sale from consultation to signed agreement.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals.
