Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to manage schedule and pipeline.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable traveling throughout an assigned market and multiple daily appointments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners and provide customized flooring solutions.
• Build trust quickly by understanding customer needs, lifestyle considerations, and goals.
• Present curated product selections and design recommendations.
• Prepare accurate measurements and project estimates.
• Educate and present financing options and promotions.
• Drive the sale from consultation to signed agreement; secure the customer’s business at the first meeting.
• Coordinate with internal teams for a seamless experience from sale to installation.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals.
