This is a 1099 direct-seller opportunity with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential. You'll leverage a trusted brand, proven systems, and a steady flow of opportunities, building trust quickly and driving sales while partnering with internal teams for a seamless

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of in-home, outside, or consultative sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners and provide customized flooring solutions.
• Build trust quickly by understanding customer needs and project goals.
• Present curated product selections and design recommendations for confident decisions.
• Prepare accurate measurements and project estimates.
• Educate customers on financing options and promotions.
• Drive sales from consultation to signed agreement.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer experience from sale to installation.
