Job summary

Floor Coverings International Winter Garden is hiring a Design Associate for in-home sales and flooring design. You will meet clients in their homes, present our services, and close sales using our mobile showroom and proprietary software.

The role requires self-motivation, strong communication, and good organization. Experience in flooring is a plus, and the company supports growth as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Sales experience: 3-5+ years in-home and/or outside sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in team settings.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends; valid driver’s license.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for flooring service requests.
• Visit clients in their homes to discuss and quote flooring projects.
• Follow the sales system using devices and software.
• Coordinate installation timing with Office/Project Managers.
• Assist with product orders and communicate needs clearly.
• Ensure customer expectations are met and collect final payments.
• Follow up on completed projects and obtain referrals.
• Engage in ongoing training and attend networking events.
• Generate leads and contribute to team sales goals.
