Job summary

Empire Today is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant in Greensboro, NC to meet with customers in their homes for flooring estimates. This role offers the opportunity to engage in lead generation and referrals while utilizing the Empire brand.

Compensation is 100% commission with average earnings between $50,000–$70,000 in the first year, while top performers can earn over $100,000. Health insurance, wellness programs, and paid time off are among the benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle capable of transporting flooring sample boards.
• Minimum of 2 installed sales per month.
• Attendance at sales meetings and training sessions (in person and virtual).
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
• Direct seller contract requirement.
• Professional presentation in Empire branded apparel.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to provide in-home flooring estimates.
• Engage in prospecting and lead generation.
• Utilize the well-known Empire brand to generate referrals and additional customers.
