Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized in-home experiences, with uncapped commission and hands-on demos to close deals. You will work from scheduled appointments, earning base pay plus commissions and receiving paid training to stay tech-savvy.

You’ll engage with customers at their homes, demonstrate devices and services, and upsell offerings while building strong relationships across the Texas area.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official use.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at scheduled appointments and deliver personalized sales interactions.
• Close sales through hands-on demonstrations, Wi‑Fi assessments, and service delivery.
• Build rapport and upsell additional services while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Travel as required to various locations within the specified area.
