AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives in Tustin, CA to deliver customized, white-glove experiences at customers' homes. You’ll close deals with hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery, earning uncapped commissions and a competitive base salary.

You’ll start with paid training, work with warm prospects scheduled by the company, and build relationships through strong negotiation and communication skills, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Proven upselling skills to enhance customer value.
