AT&T is seeking Sr. In-Home Sales Experts to deliver customized, white-glove experiences at customers’ homes in Rowland Heights, California.

You will conduct hands-on demos, assess Wi-Fi needs, and ensure seamless technology delivery, all while achieving aggressive sales targets. The role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and uncapped commission potential, with a company vehicle provided for official business use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license - company vehicle provided for official use.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check, drug screening, and driving record.

Responsibilities
