AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to join our elite team in Charlotte, NC. You will meet customers at scheduled home appointments, demonstrate AT&T products, and close sales with hands-on demos and Wi‑Fi assessments.

This role offers uncapped commission potential with top earners reaching six figures, and a starting range around $60k–$100k depending on geography and performance. You will receive paid training, work with warm prospects, and leverage strong negotiation and communication

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive (company vehicle provided).
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in customers’ homes.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery.
• Provide issue resolutions and ensure customers stay connected to what matters most.
