Open recruiting sessions and a base salary range reflect geography, experience, and education, with top earners reaching six figures including commissions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales experience and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive (company vehicle provided).

Responsibilities

• Connect with existing customers daily and engage warm prospects.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Attend paid training and ongoing coaching to stay tech-savvy and successful.
